It used to be in the HOWTO-HOWTO (info about linuxdoc usage), but the
doc now deals primarily (or solely) with DocBook. I do have a backup
copy of the old linuxdoc version of the HOWTO-HOWTO which contains
info on using linuxdoc.

I can clean it up a bit and publish the relevant area (for those
that still need linuxdoc reference material), or pass it back to
Mark for inclusion as a chapter in the H-H. I know there was
a bias towards not doing that (from some folks), but perhaps as an
appendix, or something of that nature...after all, it's still relevant
content.
